Paul McCann: No Rest for Nashville... Rust for San Jose?

Good luck tonight Nashville. Though our look is similar, I would say that the Sharks are a bit more motivated than the Ducks were in Round 1. I think Nashville has a real shot at this, but I firmly believe the Sharks are going to be a tougher fight than the Ducks were. Either way, looking forward to the series with you guys and no matter what the outcome, there's a VERY good chance we'll see a team hoist the Cup this year for the first time in history.

Also, Sharks fans are more fun to talk to during the series than Ducks fans. We won't whine like Perry every chance we get!

If Rinne stays hot the Predators are going to be very, very tough to beat. Not just in this series, but through the whole thing.

I didnt think NSH could pull it out vs ANA, especially after losing games 3 and 4 but still thought that the winner of this series would take the Sharks. On paper its close, and SJ is played really well against LA, but I think Poile has finally assembled a team that is better suited for playoff hockey, bigger bodies and more physical. Rinne needs to keep it rolling too
